Technical Fiat Panda 1.2 2010 Rust issue and possible solutions for it?

Hello Everyone, i am looking for a Fiat Panda 2010 with 65k km, interior is in really good condition but the underside makes me little worried. There is oily resiedue around the oil pan but it looks semi-old and before and after test drive i did not see

any new fluid on the oil pan or around the car. Exhaust is rusted out a lot and back axis are also rusted, I am not experienced with the rust repair so best i can do clean it and cover it with rust converter and spray or buy new pieces and replace them.

I do not know how bad they are but if possible please look at the photos and give me suggestion about it. Should i proceed forward with the buy and change it by myself or should i avoid it?

Sorry to hear that you involved in an accident even though it turns out to be great. I also come across the websites you mentioned which all end with CH but send products from Germany. Do you also need to pay Custom charges if you use such websites? As far as i am informed maximum amount is 275€ or something similar to that. Do you also know any Scrapyard-junkyard which i can buy secondhand pieces? i am looking for a Glovebox lid for months and unable to find it. Its handle is broken and i would like to replace it.

Custom charges seem to apply at random. Sometimes you have to pay them, othertimes not. They're still way cheaper than going to a local FIAT garage where the prices are rediculous.

Sorry, I don't know of a scrap yard. I would probably use ebay for things like that, but you are probably already looking there. Trying to find one that they will post for a reasonable price is the hard part.
