The LPEGR valve can open upto a max of 4.7 , yours does control with values down to 2mm the LPEGR cooler temperature upto 110C is OK but I would like to see a 20min run down the Motorway at 60mph or sort of constant 2000-2500 rpm (120 happy as larry) Clean exhaust good.
Version 28 same as i'm running, ive been putting off updating for a few reasons. If it was bellow 28 i would say change now.
Injector correction values, the sum of corrections is good and bellow limmit. The individual values together with a code say something is not quite right.
The transition from a Good engine to troubles brewing is the difficult bit to judge. Ive been lucky to get access to bad engine data but Good engine has been mine.
My first suggestion is to do the test run of a warm engine then 20min run down the Motorway at 60mph. Add DPF differential sensor and cat /DPF temperatures to your list of parameters
Then address injector issue,
1: use a injector cleaner in the fuel, i use Liqui Moly diesel purge.
2: Remove injectors for testing by diesel specialist and or replacement
I did 1 then continually monitor, i have one injector that gives me ? concerning variation but no codes
others may suggest jumping straight to 2
