I managed to crash Red into a kerb at about 3mph in the snow.....on full lock...and consequently bent one of the track rod ends now it takes almost a full turn of steering to go in a straight line!!

Also I have almost completed making my lightweight boot and windows, just need a window seal kit from a 750 Panda :)

Fitted some 'Magnecor' plug leads to the blue clx today, no.4 lead was shorting out on tickover now and again, also giving a slight hesitation when pulling away from standstill.
They're not the cheapest leads around but they are guaranteed for 10 years, service was brilliant too, arriving next day. Runs lovely and smooth now, plus, the leads are blue so I now have a bit of colour coding going on under the bonnet, and a sticker :p.

If your Panda has SPI and you want some of these you'll need to order the set that fits Cinq and Seicento sportings, not the ones listed for 999cc Pandas, as they only fit Pandas with distributors. I ordered the wrong set first of all so learnt the hard way, have decided to keep them though for use on my Partners 4x4.

Finished putting my Sisley back together today, now completely solid underneath, my welding could be better in places I will admit, but there shouldn't be any problems for the MOT for the next few years as far as rust is concerned.

Just need some insurance now and it'll finally take over from the CLX on daily duties:D. I've had it about 8 months and the furthest I've ever driven it is about a mile.

Hi Richard you need 145x13s like the ones on the trekking and clx any bigger and you will have no wings left. Petrol filler pipe will also be ragged off. I can give you the importers detail if intrested? The come from Italy.

Just buy this on UK ebay for my Country Club V2:

The funny thing it's that I can use different types of sat nav software, such as IGO, TOMTOM, Garmin, TwoNav, Oziexplorer...

It's useful for our adventures(y)

Soon I leave here a demonstration in video.

I like them(y) what size and make are they?

Woops sorry just spotted your question! They are malatesta off road tyres 13R80/145 and I can highly recommend them in the snow but when the snow melts you have to change to road tyres really as the car behaves oddly and follows all the lines in the road and gets quite twitchy!

Si

Enough for today!
And the importance of winter wash after the snow, road salt and dirt.
After car wash and after cleaning the mess I made.

new hub carrier/balljoint, and NOS tie rod on the O/S along with odd tidied and painted bitsoff Scruffbag

also trying out new mudflaps on fresh tidied up archliners. Not properly fitted yet because I'm tidying up a couple of rust spots on the edge of the wheelarch while the liner's off but trial fitting tey're looking good I reckon
