General eco:drive is now available for Bravo!

current graph shows that I am gradually getting better ??!!
(Forget the blip on the 12th.....someone pi55ed me off, so I slammed the right foot down !! - and left it there - most unlike me !!;):eek:)

One thing though.the tutorial shows that I should be changing gear at 1,400 rpm...??? :rolleyes: I tried this, and by this reckoning I was in 6th gear doing 41mph???? The engine was labouring like a B4st4rd !!! (n)
Methinks that perhaps the people at Fiat should be revisiting this ??!!!!:confused:
I have checked and I definately have the correct vehicle setup Mjet 150T.

Now I get it.

Second photo depict how you should change gear from 3rd to 4th.

Your revs are too low.

When you click on some gear (2, 3, 4, 5, 6) it shows you on which revs do you changing gear (red) and on which you should.

For example, for me, t-jet, (correct revs)
1st->2nd ~2200 rpm (green)
2nd->3rd ~2000 rpm (green)
3rd->4th ~1900 rpm (green)
4th->5th ~1700 rpm (green)
5th->6th ~1600 rpm (green)

Car is most efficient in 6th gear at speed between 90 and 95 km/h (55-60 mph)

I know that is too slow, but that is ideal, and we are mot :D

After all, I press sport button and put smile on my face :)

But this thing is stupid because this is not average. It is from specific drive. It should be average from many days.

Or, maybe it is worst day ?!?

My 4th gear is sexy :D

On my 150Tjet I usually change up to 6th at about 40mph. You just have to keep your foot lightly on the gas pedal and it cruises along returning a nice 55mph on the instant computer.

Well after my freshly serviced car's 'rocket ride' home last night I was expecting a seriously low score, but I actually scored 74 (this was the only drive of the day) - 4 stars for everything but acceleration which was 3! So my Eco Score is now back to 74...not sure how I've managed to fluke that but I'm not going to argue!

Just skip this post please....
I recorded an Eco index of 8. :cry:

Nice!! I wish i had B&M now...just to see how low a score i could get..that must be as big a challenge as scoring 100 (y)

Must be your EGR valve that is contributing to the low score.

Nope, my next journey was well in the 70s, and the Mrs has posted a 80+ since.

Hmm...makes your score even more impressive or maybe it's just an anomaly - it's not uncommon..i freaked when the computer told me half my car was broken (n) Restart and all is well...

CAN Bus is good for alot of things but it can be very flaky..i remember my projects at the uni alot of sleepless nights!
