Technical Bravo 1.6 105 2010 EGR stays open all time and check engine is yellow for more than year. What you sugges me?

Hello, i have bravo 1.6 105hp 2010
Egr valve stays 0% means its open and stays open all time but check engine is yellow and after i try to remove code check goes yellow again.
I buy car with egr open for more than year. What do you suggest me.
Leave it with check on because car works good just little vibrations on idle?
Buy new egr and sensor?
Or turn off on ecu

I’d personally fit a blanking plate and then remove out of ECU, I wouldn’t remove from ECU without a plate as this can cause other problems
