Yikes!They may not be elegant but at under a quid for the two my tupperware type lids do the job and more importantly, (not sure I have mentioned this before) they were cheap.
Plus the fact that I have left over two plastic bowls that I can use as false breasts if I ever felt the urge to do female impersonations.

and the high heels, strappy ones please.
They'll do wonders for your calves, or so I've heard.
Mrs Notts has a nice pair you can have, only worn once at a wedding, and as they were from Evans they a good for the wider-footed cross-dresser.
Grimwau does have particularly slender calves as I recall, but toned!
