Hi Every one, I have a Doblo 263 on a 10 plate, The engine management light comes on with no noticeable effects to the performance. the only thing I notice apart from the light is the Stop / Start in unavailable but I guess this is programmed into the ECU? If i read the code it says its a MAF fault and then if cleared it will run some times for a couple of days before coming back on. I have traced the wires back to the ECU plug and checked for continuity and all seems good. I have replaced the MAF but no difference still the same issue. I have measures the voltage on the MAF plug on another van and compared to mine and all seems near. Only difference I can found is on the second pin in from the back of the engine on the good van I measure about 7 ohms to ground on my faulty van I have a short circuit. This goes if the plug to the ECU is unplugged so suggest the low resistance is coming from the ECU not a cable short. Has any one else had this problem or is this a known ECU problem or am I totally barking up the wrong tree? Thanks in advance for any information anyone can offer.
