Technical Temp circuit fault code

Hi guys looking for advice . I have just changed my thermostat on a 06 plate 1.3 multijet doblo . When starting it up the fan is on and the eml lit up reading a P0115 fault . Any ideas as it is just one electrical connection . Hope someone can send me in the right direction.
