Freeview.

Freeview I have but "really" I've never seen it. But then the TV is for the wife to watch Kirsty and Phil and all the other house programs. Like we are rich enough to have a portfolio, I can barely afford the one I'm in and it's new extension we are currently not affording to build. I bet she makes me move in 2 years just as we get it like she wants it. :bang:

Try rescanning for channels, they add channels every so often

the best way with free view is to stop using silly one directional aerials and get a 2 and 70cms mobile whip aerial up in place of the old TV one. our TV aerial picked up a sad 20 channels. now we have 50.

ok the aerial is not tuned to the right frequencies but damn it works good.

i had trouble getting channels, then some one on here told me to get a posh coax from wall socket to tv, i did that and then got loads of channels and hardly any pixalation in bad weather

I could always just not watch it much as it's full of cack anyway. Can't think of a damn thing I watch regularly on the TV at all

the problem with a standard TV aerial is that it only receives from one direction.
we live in a place that is covered by 2 tv transmitters.. (5 actually but some are quite a long away off.)
with the ham radio aerial you pick up both transmitters at a pretty good gain.
not all masts broadcast the same channels :/

Plugged into what? Lol
It all sounds to technical for such little reward dragon, I'll stick with my Danish crime drama I'm currently watching on netflix on the net and throw the TV out. Especially after that rubbish I watched on Wednesday
