General Disc brake conversion with 12” standard wheels.

Hi, been a while but I would like to fit disc brakes to the front of my panoramica. I want to keep the original 12” wheels and had read some time ago that this is possible. I have all the gear for a disc conversion but for 13” wheels, can anyone conform which disc a calliper ser up is required for a 12” wheel conversion.
