2011 500. No issues until it went for an MOT this morning, and when driving home now get clicking from when I turn the steering wheel.

Clicking happens at very low speed and when jacked up,you can't hear it, so only when the suspension is under tension.

I've recorded the noise. It appears to come from drivers side.

YouTube video of issue

Any ideas on this at all?

At the top of each suspension damper / strut is a large bearing that allows the steering to turn. These can get rough and cause noises as the steeing is turned. They cost about £25 and take about an hour to change this sounds like the most likely thing. Get someone to turn the steering while the car is running and put your hand on the top of the strut under the bonnet and see if you can feel the thing as it clicks. If its this bearing it should be obvious where the noise is coming from.
