Sylvia is getting kept company in the underground garage...
Nice thing about travels with pandas is that you can fit 2 in one space, and I've got a really clever hiding spot to keep an eye on Sylvia just to make sure she's ok from her fans...

I have been painting the underneath / underside of the Princess.

There was no rot but a little service rust so rubbed it down and gave it a coat of black hammerite. Looks superb - great result for a £3 tin of paint and and a hour of my time on Sunday morning.

I let Carina out of the garage for a short while before it rained!:p

I gave her a full check over, replaced the distributor cap with a brand new one I got off ebay for £2 inc postage!

I cleaned the underside and still not a single sign of rust on her, I will be painting her with hammerite soon aswell.:D

Well today I've found how how to re-upholster the Panda's front seats, or rather strip them.

One's in wrecked Selecta I don't want seats due to frame damage possibly incoured due to the impact, but upholstry was nice and tidy so decided to try and strip it :D

Also know how to remove headrestraints now.

All in Pic's (y)

Your car is stunning Urchin!

Unfortunately mine is not. Mainly its just the paintwork which is pretty skanky, some of the panels are not the right shade and at some point the car has had some ridiculously hard stone chip stuff on the bottom of the doors and sills, though there is hardly any rust at all. So the plan is to take all the trim and windows off and give it a decent respray, just need to get organised and do it now! Bonnet is a bit dented though, so might be on the lookout for a new one...

Wow that 4x4 is incredible!! :worship:

Picked up the latest project last night.... Italia 90. Have always wanted one. Although perhaps I wanted one in slightly better condition....! Have only had a quick look - will definitely need welding (rear wheelarch seam, sill.....) but hopefully it will live. Interior is just fabulous and mint! Starter motor duff and brakes have gone but it will be worth it.
