Just wondering if anyone else has ever had any interesting experiences with Fiat CS?
I just found a voicemail message on my mobile from Monday with a message that sounded like this "<garbled nonsense>, hello? Daniel?" from what looks to be an Italian number. Upon googling the number someone else seems to think it's Fiat as well.
Now perhaps I was being hacked, but seriously, do Fiat's employees not know how to use voicemail? A simple message like "This is Dingbat from Fiat Italy, I just called to see whether the suspension on your car is still badly underdamped" or something to that effect would have done the job nicely.
Then there was the lovely fellow (Stephen) a couple of months ago who thought that it might be constructive to shout down the phone at me
If I were one of the people on here whose lives seem to get ruined by the smallest thing like a scratch on the oil cap of the car upon delivery then I might have cried. But I hung up on him and called up and asked for my case to be transferred to someone else. Thinking that at least I'd never had to speak to Stephen again I was quite happy. Then 3 or 4 weeks later I get a letter to say my claim has been denied. Called back up again, opened another case up, spoke to another guy who said he'd talk with warranty and after a few more phonecalls it was sorted.
Anyone else had this sort of fun with Fiat CS or is it just me
