Technical what does it mean starjet/ t-jet/ multijet?

so what's t-jet, starjet, multijet? is this the design of injectors so thay spray in more than 1 direction?

Multijet's are the diesel engines.

T-Jet's are the petrol engines (with turbo)

The Star Jets are as described above.
