General Location of 1.4 t-jet Turbo Bypass Valve?

Hi guys, could someone give me the location of the 1.4 t-jet Turbo Bypass Valve? Is it easily removeable? Thanks a lot.

Yes it's on the right top of the engine bay plastic cover. It's easily noticeable. Two hoses are connected to it and the one has a angle shape that goes direct to the hose on the top of the plastic cover.
