My Bravo (2009 model, Emotion trim level) has some issues lately.
During the last week of last August suddenly the check engine light came on during a voyage.
I went for service to replace disc brakes (front, rear), oil and to check it for the error.
The ECU said that the code error was the P0240, they cleaned it with the Fiat diagnostics software.
They didn't found any issue to be related with the specified error code.
But I noticed since then that I have some acceleration issues with 5th and 6th gear. I cannot reach anymore 185+ km/h speeds even on a downhill road. Sometimes it reaches 190+ km/h but it seems that the engine is struggling. The car was reaching 215 km/h without issues before the error code appeared last summer.
With fourth gear engine is reaching 170 km/h without issues.
The car engine has traveled 204.000 kilometers so far.
