Technical Violent Rattle

As some of you maybe aware i have myself a 60 plate 500 Sport with 3,500ish miles on... had it since new and i've noticed a rattle/vibration noise from under the bonnet when i accelerate above 1,800/2,000 revs... any idea what it maybe?? :s

It sounds like a trip to the dealer..Have you had a look under the bonnet while someone revs it?

yeah, i was thinking that would be the case... will get her booked in for Thursday...

i have, my dad kept it stead at 2,100 revs and i couldnt see much change... however i did notice the bit that holds the bonet up moves extremely easily... maybe this is it? does yours do this or is it just mine??
