Why do you think you need a new BCM?
I thought there was a broken wire or bad connection but couldn’t find anything, I’ve changed immobilizer antenna, tried a new ecu, so the only thing left is the BCM? It does look like someone’s had the BCM out before and tried opening it as soon of the tabs are broken.

I was miss reading the circuit breaker finder, I thought it beeped to indicate a break but it’s the opposite. I’ve checked from ignition barrel down, around the ecu and canbus.

Canbus communication error has gone but keyfob transponder current too low remains

Multiscan shows the key transponder is valid but keyfob communication not valid and ecu as faulty. I’ve tried a virgin ecu that’s plug and play but this did nothing.

I’m thinking now perhaps I do need to get a new key programmed to the car? Can’t think of anything else.

B1001-18 I did talk to a locksmith who said

“This code is for a configuration error in the BCM (Body Control Module). To fix this problem, you will have to reprogram the BCM to match your vehicle's information.”

No fault codes for the ecu but when I was on multiscan checking the info it said ecu faulty

I’ve brought a lockset from eBay comes with ecu, BCM, ignition barrel and key. That should rule all theses out as potential issues and cost the same as a new key. Fingers crossed 🤞

Update: new lockset fitted, car runs! Still got the fuel cut off error warning?

Also getting error code: c1213-54 abs calibration, does anyone know how to do this with multiscan?

Here's what I found so far for another, the C1213-55 error:

And it looks to me that some kind of ABS config is read from the BCM. As you BCM is unknown to the ABS module and the other way round, that might be the cause.

Attached the eLearn doc on ABS. However I don't things there's something wrong with it, just it needs the adjustment to be done.

Once you connect to the ABS module in MES:

It says that calibration must be done once the sensor or ABS module have been replaced. Might be the other way around in your case, as I wrote a couple of lines higher.

Thanks I’ve tried running the longitudinal calibration but get a failure message request out of range. I have seen on another post someone had similar issues after changing the BCM and it was because the abs system was set to esr and not abs, I tried to change this but it just goes back to esr each time.
