Manta now put at back of shed and Cinq released from captivity for an appointment with Mr MOT inspector tomorrow.

Great fun drive home in the cinq, although took a while to get warm and settle into being driven again.

Defence of championship starts on 5th March, the day after the awards night for winning last years title.

Cheers

Power steering was great, if a little bit overpowered.

Craig you will have a PM shortly.

However.........

the power steering encouraged me to try the 14 inch wheels.

Now

Cause or effect?

Could of been on it's way out anyway and the 14"s just helped it along, when were theylast done?

They haven't been changed for 4 years so no harm to it. I'd rather pop a shaft than break the gearbox.

There was no noise previously, the first noise was followed half a second later with grinding noises as it let go.

glad you like it. i thought it was over powered at first but got used to it. still got a lot more feel then most modern cars which are over assisted.

maybe we could get a even shorter rack off something/made

might of just been on of them things. bit like my mate who snapped a drive shaft on a totally standard cinq on the start line of a sprint track (did have cut slicks on)
