A statement from the SS HQ:-

"Due to international condemnation and the ongoing threat of economic sanctions, I have decided it would be prudent to desist forthwith of my intention to paint the floor of my garage in the colour of my choice" EOM.

Sick of people taking the pi$$:( :(

Oh, come on SS you can do it. Stuff International pressure, nine times out of ten it's only the yanks behind it anyway and you're fairly safe from them because they'll probably bomb the wrong country anyway :)

What about painting the floor black with two yellow stripes down the middle?

or yellow and then do a burnout start to create black stripes :)

However, the best for a garage/workshop floor is to just use leftovers of any paint... that way you create a very "interesting" effect... and if you drop a bolt or washer or calliper pin on that floor, you'll never find it back without an electromagnet

talking about toolkits, just had a took at a "special offer" from AutoDistribution...:  € 1400 Euros for a FACOM kit
i think that is a lot of money for something which is basically nothing more then a wheelie bin with trays

:D

Look what I have SS :p If you behave you can buy this from me autographed for £1000  Plus p&p of course

Somebody just gave it to me; it was either that or chucking in the bin

It's been sitting in my back room for half a year or so now, but lack of space and its sheer yellowness is forcing me to get rid of it :) Any suggestions to how much I should ask for it? It's not in pristine condition - so I was thinking about £130-150 or so. Also, I will most likely sell this as a "pick up only" item as I reckon the cargo for it would more than double its price.

You could try sticking it on - I'm sure it'd look great having a Beetle style B :)

All you need now Robroy is the rest of the car and you will have the best coloured one and you can ditch the dishwater;)
