Jesus, what is the world coming to! Now they are teaching them to swear at cubs:mad:

:ROFLMAO:

To make things worse I have this as a ringtone................

Half way through the 'swearing in' at the point where some kid raises the Union flag (you could hear a pin drop), my phone went - kids in fits of laughter, parents in bigger fits of laughter and yours truly turning a very 'Rosso Corsa' shade of red.............. :D

My B is in for its MOT in the morning, no worries though, I know she will sail through because A. she is perfect:) and B. the tester is a very good friend:D

What about that dodgy front number plate???? I finally cut mine to size and stuck it on this evening, have not had a chance to take a piccie yet - I will take one tomorrow and post it up.

I did not make a total pigs ear of it but am not 100% happy with the cut.............

I now have my new active subwoofer and the new RCA cable to hook it up to my stereo so that looks like a job for Friday:)
It weighs a bloody ton though:(
Hopefully the sound will make up for that:)
Pics on Friday.

Picture actually!!
Well it's in but I am not happy:(
I dont like where I have been forced to locate it, it was too big for anywhere else, certainly not behind my seat because I like my seat almost all the way back. Secondly, it is vibrating:mad: So I need to try and secure it to the bulkhead better but right now I am out of enthusiasm:(
Does make a difference though but to be honest I am not going any further with the sound system because I prefer to drive with the hood down and sound system off and really it was just an exercise to see if I could make it sound better when I do occasionally use it:)

Hmmmmm, looks like someone else has had a bad 'b' day!!!!

Difficult one, the Doc has covered the bottom of his boot with ply and done away with the spare wheel to mounting the amp was not an issue for him.........not quite sure where else there is other than behind the seat or in the boot.

I might just stick with the iPod after all....................

I dont like the way it looks, I mean it looks a mess. You cannot see it as it is all hidden behind the seat but nontheless:(
My missus is a dwarf so the seat slightly forward will not bother her, on the rare occasions she is allowed out in it;)

I was trying to be polite, although I very much enjoy taking the pee out of your colour if I did not go for Red I would have gone for Yellow and I have to say that from the piccies your car looks VERY clean and VERY tidy - so the AMP/Sub look a bit out of place.............

Look forward to seeing it in the flesh on the 8th Nov at the ACE cafe.........?

That is the problem!!
Tomorrow I am going to self-tap it to the metal bulkhead behind it's position now and hopefully that will cure it. I may swop the amp and the woofer around also just to see if it will look any tidier.

Goddamn!!
I am really not happy with my set-up. I was until I introduced the subwoofer and now it looks a mess. So, I am now thinking about putting the amp in the boot but I dont want to go down your avenue Doc as I still use the boot as Fiat intended:D
I am going to look tomorrow at mounting the amp on the boot's bulkhead and siting the subwoofer where the amp was originally, more bloody work:mad:
I need to get the suspension sorted though soon so I want to get everything together first and then hit it all at once over the Winter. So Doc could you please tell me where you got the uprated ARB's from and also your Koni shocks and your springs?? Thank you:)
This way I can do each corner, the shock and springs, and the discs and calipers.
Hope you dont mind me copying you Doc but they do say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery:D :D

Out of interest Doc, Venomsport list the Koni adjustable suspension kit at £415 but does not say whether this is inc or plus VAT. Larkspeed offer, I assume the same kit at £330 plus VAT.
