Technical Stilo 1.9jtd acceleration dead for a few seconds

SO, replaced the housing too, and i let the negative lead disconnected until tomorrow morning.

was a little bit hard to unscrew the bolt from under housing(no space), but it was ok in the final.

hope to be ok tomorrow morning.

thanks.

New MAF / old MAF

So, as i wrote here in another thread i bought a new MAF for my 115bhp Jtd.

now, the trouble is that the new MAF has something different from the old one.

i will attach a drawed picture with the old MAF before cleaning and the part that the new one has it in plus (that red dot is the plus on the new one)

Now the question is: what MAF is correct for 1.9 jtd?

with the new MAF my car take out smoke.
with the old MAF no smoke and works fine( no lack of power BUT i suspect it in my JERKY MOVES when i keep the throttle fixed around 1500-> 2500rpm. (if i accelerate the jerky moves dissappear).
and i am tired of those jerky moves because always do so, especially after the engine warms.

i suspect the MAF, again.

on my new maf housing is written this Bosch code 0281 002 308.

NO errors on FES.

And why the sensors are differrent? The number written on the both houses is the same, but i get a new incorrect sensor?

Or whats the good Maf between those 2?

My spare MAF is identical to the MAF fitted on the car.

There is no restriction to the airflow through the right of centre orifice.

HTH

after a few miles, the engine warmed up and began to do his usual jerky moves like hell (around 2200-2300 rpm, and below-1600-1700rpm)

-->> i disconnect the MAF (my cleaned old one ) and the car works 90% the same with him connected, and no result, still there that interrupted working .
-->> i disconnect the EGR jack, and no result, a good improvement of acceleration(i never seen on FiaTecuScan 100% rate of working for my EGR, only maximum 47% ??!!!!!).
so, no results, the jerky moves are there...wtf?
MAP sensor? any idea?should i try cleaning it ? or how can i test if MAP works?

Although, no errors on my dashboard after i disconnect those 2 (MAF and EGR), but i think are stored in the Ecu, tomorrow i'm gona read and deletel them.

any ideas???

I need a code from a GOOD SENSOR PLEASE
the old one is F 00C 2G2 063 , and the new one says nothing on it, no code(but has that dot on centre).

The old housing is number: 0280 218 120 with F 00C 2G2 063 sensor code.
New house is 0281 002 308 without the code of sensor

i'm in doubts

2 pictures attached: on the left my old sensor
, on the right new sensor, and 1 picture with a test (old maf fitted in the new house). Works ok? i don;t know to interprete

Car: Stilo Jtd 115bhp, 85kw

I think that my car has a MAF for Stilo's made after year 2004, mine is in 11.2003.

is there any strange conection between the brake light switch issue and the steering wheel controls?
the reason i'm asking is coz a friend of mine has the JTD 115 diesel version and happend the same lack of power and at the same time the steering wheel controls lights went off. As soon as the steering wheels control lights turn back on the car was driving like it should.
Thanks for any help!
