Hi, my Panda 1.1 eco active 59 reg has a loose air filter box. The top left fixing is a moulded in ferrule which has been overtightened and the ferrule is now loose. I have tried evo stik and a high temperature sealant to glue the ferrule back in but without success. Has anybody else had this problem? Martin

Not sure I fully understand top left

As far as remember there's only two screw left and right, both are normally screw threads

A spring at the front

And a rubber grommet at the rear

The airbox has rubber and metal insets fitted in not the plastic

Maybe yours is different, picture might help

If it's this part

I had exactly the same problem with my Panda. If you dig out the brass ferrule and fully clean out the plastic recess, then clean both parts vigorously with brake cleaner to remove all oil/grease, you can glue the ferrule back in place with high temperature epoxy glue. Mine has remained secure for two years, with no loosening.

Thank you very much, I will try that.

Hi, yes it is the left side fixing screw (hex head). See reply below. Thanks
