The amperage rating for the cable is the continuous rating which the starter isn't and also depends on whether it's covered or open to the air
Voltage drop depends on its resistance and length
All you need is something that it thicker than the feed to the starter and if you do a voltage drop test under load it's below 0.5V ideally below 0.2V

Which works out at about 70A continuous
But it will pull over 200A for a fraction of a second
As you see there isn't a simple answer but the ones you see hanging in most motor factor shelves are fine, just keep it as short as possible
Double continuous is a general rule of thumb
Some cheap eBay specials will not be copper, just copper coated
