How often does any one contact you, and is it all done by PM?
Have i missed a guide on usage / expectations?

Well personally I've not been contacted, possibly due to central South Coast where I think Fiat enthusiast and DIYer's are thinner on the ground compared to London, Midlands, ....

The important thing is that called on or not we are here, or is that there

I suspect its generally by PM

You do see the odd response.. but thats probably a fraction of the 'traffic'

Several of the Registered members are actually quite busy

Pretty much..

Im not on the register.. as my kit is OLD.
Suitable for 'noughties' FIATs..

But I still get PM's.. because Im in an area with nobody else.. and few Garages with Italian expertise.

Well if all goes well S130 will be moving from Southampton to Wrexham, North Wales. I may get a call then
