Technical Headlight bulb replaced but not working

Hi

I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a fiat 500 pop 2014 car. The bulb on the drivers side has been replaced but not working. Does anyone know what this could be? I’ve checked the fuses and they’re ok.

Do you have a meter check for a voltage at the rear plug on the cluster, wiring is well know to be a weak link and can break internally without any signs
