Technical Cigarette Lighter and Heater Blower Not Working

Hi all,

I know the cause of this, me trying to find an earth for an accessory (dashcam). I have unwired this and the cigarette lighter and heater blower still don't work. Any ideas which fuses I should check?

I've checked and replaced the specific fuses for the blower and the lighter socket, even though they looked OK and still nothing.

Is there any other fuse I should be checking also which may be associated with the blower and lighter socket.

Under bonnet check fuses, 3( large size fuse), 85, 08 , under dash check fuse 31
Note both feed and earth picked up at power socket
Note this is for upto 2012 after could be different
