Technical Fiat 500 blue and me

I have a fiat 500 from 2014 and yesterday the mileage started to flash, and the blue and me doesn’t work anymore. Any ideas what i could do to fix it? If it needs to be replaced, do i need a diagnostic tool?

IIRC on a LHD the B&M is above the glovecompartment. Unit needs to be disconnected (or repaired, or new) and sometimes it needs a Proxy Allignment with MES or Fiat Examiner (dealer) to stop the flashing mileage (Km's).

If you do nothing the faulty b and m unit is very likely to drain battery so car won't start
