I contact with these engineer. He send for me some useful information and try to help on telephone. The bad thing my injectors in 1 and 4 cylinders didnt work good. (Mes logging corrections).
It seems to be important to establish whether the latest software is the solution (Fiat say it is), when did you have the software updated to v.0032? Could your injectors have already been faulty before the software update or we’re they checked?
Thanks.

I Change the engine 6 Months ago when my 500.000 kn engine every 20 km make check engine and go to safety mode. The software 2 years ago the 0032.Now i have new "test engine" with 2000 km (till today 40.000 km The faulty p401 code come up around 20.000 km) So the injectors low Milegae if evreything true..)
Here My complete new " test engine"

So just to be sure I understand…
Your new engine has completed 40k km.
It has new injectors.
It has v.0032 software from new.
P0401 after 20k kn (this is the code most mechanics read as meaning a new HP EGR valve is needed, although it almost certainly isn’t).
If all the above is true, v.0032 software doesn’t solve the problem.
Going by posts from other contributors the cooler gauze seems to be the most likely cause but it’s surprising Fiat haven’t identified this.

Yes You understand all :) In local Fiat service where Built in The New engine (attached pictures) Say: Thats Fault Caused by Egr Valve stuck and try change from my old engine egr (i have yet the complete.old engine). If not solved then go to new Turbo..When i hear these immediatly search for solution on internet and call some other service but all service tell me everything must change and find solution when injectors out air system out egrs and coolers out.Ok i understand good money for Fiat service but these not solution for me after i spend million dollars for my car.Local dealer near Szolnaok RingAutoház engineer the man know the issues and he can try Help For me whitout spend more million dollars..

Finally i think these issues why not solved by FIAT.I have two cooling Fiat cars but hate each Car.

Ok, so what was your old 500k km engine, I assume not twin EGR like the new one? Did it have regular faults as well?

No.The Engine same and same Car. F1AGL411D Twin egr
Very interesting, so are you able to identify anything different between the 2 that could be causing the faults/failures? Maybe the later software is attempting to further reduce emissions but causing overfuelling - what version is on your old engine?
Thanks.

What method was used to clean DPF, just washing or dismantling and hot cleaning (baking) ?
The source of soot are exhaust gases after DPF. There are 3 faults of DPF ( as far as i know). Melted, cracked and blocked (cloged). In first two cases soot passes DPF and polutes air intake system. If you do not take DPF appart or use camera (camera is not 100%) you can not know if it is cracked or melted. In those two cases MES will show normal cloging and normal regenerations. In case that the exhaust pipe is black and has soot at the exit end there is a big chance that DPF is cracked or melted.

Washing. Is your exhaust pipe clean or black. Try it with white paper towel. Picture of cracked DPF core, can you tell it is cracked?

It has to be clean if it is not DPF is not doing the job. FIAT instruction is to check the soot at the exit of the DPF. Picture A ok, picture B not ok. You can check the exhaust pipe.

My old engine didnt cause the black pollution ? How can i check at the moment these black mutant cause my old or new engine ?

That is realy dirty. Every diesel engine is producing soot, some more some less. If injectors or any other component is influencing optimal combustion then more soot is produced. DPF stops soot so the exhaust is almost clean. If DPF was not changed it could be that it was demaged before and with the new engine the problem was still there, it just took some time to polute the air intake system of the new engine and to triger the MIL. I would say that your DPF is demaged. Try to clean the exhaust pipe and drive some miles then check again. Can i ask what was the price of the engine

The old engine make p2001 dpf code but

Thank You your advice.I clean tonight then drive tomorrow and check one more time. The engine cost: 6000 € and the bult in 1200 € in Fiat service

News
I make log one more check the injector correction and come up one more faulty code. Now i have p401 p402.I have no more question about twin egr system..
