Hi everyone. Hoping for some help if you can please? I have a Doblo Cargo 1.3 Multijet on a WR56 plate (Version 223 / Engine 199A2000). I tried to bleed the brakes and all the nipples are rounded off and severley rusted. I can get them off but they will be in no condition to be reused and am trying to find what size to replace them with. Does anyone know what the front disc and rear drum bleed nipple sizes are? Having a few problems servicing it and this is the latest after the oil filter cap was so tight it might as well have been welded and had to resort to smashing it off and completely replacing it. Many thanks :)

Hello,

according to ePER, there are 2 different disc sizes in the front: 257 and 284 mm:

And respectively there are 2 different calipers. Then, the calipers have been changed in January 2010.

Luckily the bleeding screw is the same for all of them. The part number is 77364436.

According to what I could find in the internet it's 25 mm long, the thread is M8x1,25 and for a 8 mm spanner.

Strange, but I couldn't find the bleeding screw on the rear brakes in ePER :D

However I was able to confirm with the rear cylinder part number (77363849) that it has a bleeding screw :D Perhaps FIAT was not offering the screw as a separate spare part...

And the brake cylinder is the same, despite the drum was also changed, twice :) No dates however.
