Is the difference only in software or is there something more ? I'm asking this for my own curiosity

Iirc the turbo is different.
So what's the turbo on 1.4 T-Jet 120T ?? On 1.4 T-Jet 150T it's "IHI RFH3 turbocharger with waste gate valve managed by the injection control unit via a turbo pressure solenoid valve". eLearn for Bravo doesn't have any details bout 120T, only 150T...
Thanks for all your replies. So if I remap my 120 T-jet to 160 hp, it will have less fuel consumption (if driven under normal conditions), 260 Nm torque ?
Then why doesn't it Fiat remap to optimal performance and consumption ?
What is with engine wear out when tuned ?

120 retuned to 260nm (192lbft)
150 retuned to 270nm (199lbft)

Garret is on the 120, and there is a difference in the sw
Is the manifold differs from the 120 and 150 and 90 ?
The answer is in the last post. Of course it will be fine.there is a chip called bonalumi kit it increases hp to 152 and torque to 279 Nm.
if i want to install this kit or remap the ecu , do i have to replace any of the engine internals for safe operation?????
