Technical Clunking when changing gears releasing clutch and starting car

For the past 3 weeks my car has been making a clunking sound when changing gear from 1st to second and release on the clutch when coming when changing a from 2nd to 3rd, took it garage to try figure out the problem but they couldn’t figure it out, it also happens on start-up sometimes.
The mechanic checked all the suspension and that wasn’t an issue, ive checked gear linkages and they seem okay, i have a feeling it could be a loose bracket on the exhaust or heat shield above the exhaust but i’d assume that would happen all the time not just when changing gears etc. My last option would be to take it to a fiat garage to see if they could figure it out but i’d rather not do that, so any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would suspect the engine mounts especially the lower gear box one the so called dog bone.
They often cause some shuddering when setting off.

Dual mass flywheel wear if fitted to your model? With engine off and starter out , car in gear try moving flywheel ring gear with screwdriver clock and anti clockwise. If excessive play it can be painful to pocket £££
