Technical Battery refill

Hi,
I was advised to post in here.
I have a 23 1st re hybrid.
Every do often it will go for at least a week with not using battery power or charging the battery up.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this problem, do I need to contact my dealer?
Or will this rectify itself ?

Hi. I'm not entirely sure what model you're talking about.

Is it a mild hybrid like this one? Featuring a 12 V starter-generator hooked up to a 11 Ah Lithium battery which is supposed to help accelerating from a stand-still by providing 3.6 KW, which it does for a few seconds.

Or is it "fully electrified" like these ones?

There’s a few other posts about this…. The ‘hybrid’ battery only gets charged once the car’s main battery is fully charged, and the control system thinks it’s all happy. It seems not to like all-town driving (ironically), and seems to need regular use with a few longer drives (weekly, maybe).
