I fear any email to Sergio Marchionne will be sadly ignored. He is the boss of 2 of the largest motor companies in the world I would doubt he even checks his emails himself.
2-1 she gets an acknowedgement from a minion.
5-1 she gets a substantive reply from a minion.
20-1 she gets a reply in the big man's name, but which he has never seen.
1000-1 she gets a personal reply from him.

Get your man/husband/boyfriend to take your car in, garages really take the **** with women, instantly think they no nothing about cars.
Also i know it sounds strange but build up a familiarity/friendship with your garage, all the garages i had to use for service/warranty know me by 1st name, you become a person then not just a reg number on a job sheet, they seem to take more care and do the bit extra, like give you trade discount on parts.

I agree with you!!! Everytime i go to the dealer for a service i go with my boyfriend or best friend LOL! Or i'm well prepared - meaning informed from a friend who is a mechanic and i show them my knowledge
