Technical Accessory belt noise - possibly crankpulley - how to remove?

Hi, my 2013 panda petrol is making a noise from the serpentine belt. The crank pulley looks to be running a bit unevenly, hard to tell where the noise is coming from. Plan to remove belt to check the various pulleys and bearings, but if it is the pulley, how to remove?

Basically, if it is the pulley, info I have so far is that the bolts are either really tight, or fixed with thread lock, or could even be left hand thread? Any thoughts appreciated. At the moment I know the belt needs replacing, so by removing it I might be able to find exactly where the noise is coming from.

Spray the belt with WD40, does it go quiet?

Often noises are just the belt

Sprayed it with water, no difference. Slight cracking visible on belt so have bought another will try to fit tomorrow
