Technical 500 Lounge 2008 Lightbulbs!

Hi everyone, I am new here - nice to meet you all

I purchased a Fiat 500 2008 which failed the MOT as there were incorrect Headlights and Foglights in it. I have purchased the correct ones for it at great cost, but sadly they came without bulbs and worse still, there seems to be no information on what the correct ones are? Can someone please help me as to the correct bulbs for the headlights as well as the front bottom foglights too please? There seem to be so many different variants when I type in the registration number that it's all bizarre and confusing because tey all seem to have different connections too?

To be honest id be worried why the wrong lights were in there at all! accident damage ? bodge up!? any other sings of a crash!
