Technical 2014 fiat 500 1.2 lounge help

I’ve had my fiat 500 for almost a year now. it’s a 2014 fiat 500 lounge.
i’ve had to change the battery, the coil pack and the spark plugs as the engine management light has come on.
I’ve plugged it in and had these codes come up,
P0304
P0300
P0325
honestly just not sure what to do as i cant think of anything else that needs changing. any advice please? I feel like i’ve constantly been fixing it with my dad but he said all parts that have been replaced have been the original parts that came with the car so have been due an upgrade…

no it started a while after, i’ve only had issues the last couple of months

To start with was your driving mostly round town but then more longer runs at higher speed and is it this point issues started to occur?
