Well the thing is the last Micra looked like the original 500 and of course the 500 looks like that Micra and the new Micra looks a bit like the old one, so yes, it does look like a 500. Don't see a problem tbh :)
 
I don't think it does- it looks like a few other cars of its type.

That said, the Japanese have made much of their entire economy copying others.

Eh? Have you been on the sauce Maxi?!:D

I don't think they look the same at all; of course they both have round designs but that's about it in terms of similarities.

All IMHO of course...;)
 
It's not for me, but being Japanese(?) it's probably better put together than a Fiat!
 
Yeah my mum was in the car with me and she said oh look theres another 500 i was like no mum thats a nissan micra. but i'll agree with roger that its probably put together better my 500 isnt exactly healthy at the minute, i keep getting a warning light saying airbags failed so thats a comforting to know if im in a crash my airbags may or may not go off lol.
 
Found this youtube on the new Micra (I hope it meets RobinPJ's approval :)) - there was loads out there with reviews from India !

Have the bit of ammo now when we're meeting the in-laws today but the 3 cylinder engine takes a yawning 13.7 secs to get to 60 and the auto is a CVT with 125grs/km emissions. Some nice tricks on the fold down seats and the glove boxs to keep the Americans happy. But would you drive one ? - hopefully it's a big NO.

Damn- if I knew all that when we were looking for a new car I'd have checked it out.
