Hi All, I know this has been on this forum before but I'd like to get some flat blade wipers both for my 100hp and t'wifes 1.2 dynamic, what size were they and where did people get them from?, Thanks in advance(y)John B

Husband decided to treat my Panda to some nice Bosch ones last year when he was ordering some for his cars. They looked good and worked well till the ice came, then became a bit raggedy. I've changed back to the original wipers again. Will probably get a new set of flat blades, but might take to swapping them over to the original blades for the winter at the same time I swap my wheels over...

I've just fitted Nipparts ones to mine as it's the brand my factor carries. To be honest they look pretty much identical to the Trico ones and work very well. I've actually fitted a 24" to the driver's side as there's just enough space for it to sit alongside a 16" when parked at the bottom of the screen, and I'd rather go an inch longer from the 23" OE wiper than an inch shorter.

How come 24" on drivers side BenP? wont it hit the edges of the screen and damage the ends of the wipers?
Nope - fits perfectly! Goes right to the edge of the screen but doesn't fall off the edge, and doesn't foul the other blade. Went 24" as a 23" wasn't available and decided to see if it fit before I went for the 22".

As an update to this thread, I bought some Bosch blades (thanks for the link S-X-I) and they are much better than the ones I'd previously bought and a doddle to fit. Highly recommended :D

go to your dealer and stump up for original part ones.

i tried loads last year including bosch and all scraped and farted during heavy rain and snow.

originals are about 18 quid at a dealers but then bosch ones ain't much cheaper

I have replaced stock ones with bosch almost instantly - and never had problems with them. They absolutely silent comparing to stock ones.
I doubt you will have farting&scraping Bosch wipers unless you buy counterfeit ones ;)

I tried Bosch regular blades on my 100HP and found they wiped fine, but whistled at motorway speeds, so I soon removed them. This time round as I've already mentioned I've got Nipparts flat blades and I can't fault them.

Also surprised that some people are getting farting and scraping in heavy rain situations, as it's usually not having enough water to wipe that causes the farting in my experience.
