Does anyone know if the Ducato wheel design changed as the model design changed over the years? The reason I ask is that about 5 years ago one of my rear tyres developed a very slow puncture, which turned out to be through the wheel rather than the tyre! I resolved the problem by installing a tube in the tyre and use that as the spare. Now one of my front tyres has also developed a very slow puncture, and its booked in on Tuesday to have the wheel tested to see where the leak is - if it transpires its also the wheel rather than the tyre (the vehicle is 29 years old - Ive had it for the last 24 years) then because of the cost I want to look to buy the latest year of manufacture secondhand wheel that looks cosmetically/physically the same as the ones on my vehicle.

There are many variations of wheel depending on the load it was designed to carry etc.
If you have a look at your spare wheel and give it a good clean there will be a series of numbers etc. that identify it.
You may also widen your choice if there is a similar van badge engineered as a Citroen/Peugeot/Renault etc.
Re wheel choices as an example I have a long wheel base Fiat Scudo, the handbook gives these options.

Is that number visible with the tire on the wheel or only when the tyre is removed?
