Technical 70 plate Ducato motorhome dashboard screen malfunctioning

Hi. For no obvious reason the dashboard screen has stopped showing the tripometer and fuel consumption menu accessed by pressing the two buttons below it. I can access the main menu by pressing the mode button and then the two buttons as normal. Everything else displays correctly, just cannot get into the other submenu. Ideas for a fix please!
