Having been off a week we've done most things we had planned...
"Things to do in Northumberland!" Comes up on YouTube suggestions why not? just for some ideas. But apparently I've spent most of the last 6 years since my son was born doing an extended version of Northumberland 250.
Does at least give some insight into why I keep seeing endless campervans on all terrain tyres.. apparently it's something similar to the NC500.
Strange way of doing things...turn up in a van walk a mile, get back in the van go somewhere else if the video is to be believed. Had to giggle at "Cragside kills an hour or so"..erm perhaps this is why you need to drive 250 miles in search of "experiences" when you could turn up, ditch the van and spend a day there without retreading the same ground. In an hour you could park up, walk to the house have a quick walk round then leave, this largely ignores the rest of the site.
People are odd..
Apparently there's quite a few waterfalls I've not seen but otherwise...completed it mate.
