from what I can see, you have the brake applied.
The right hand tail light is out, but also the right hand indicator has some light showing.

I'd suggest you have dirty contacts on the right hand cluster, creating a short.

Also possibly a bulb in the high level brake light.

I think the indicator is the street lamp reflecting of it tbh, but I will check it all.

I can only find 21/5w bulbs on halfords

Yeah think they're the ones. A lot of websites only list the twin filament bulbs for the tail lights on a GP but it has 2 sets, 1 single filament (bottom light) and a twin filament tail and brake light (2nd light up). the 380 21/5W bulbs are the twin filament types.
 
That twee little bulb is a 233. Also used for the front sidelamp and often in side indicators if bulb replaceable and has an amber lens.
Probably the same one for the high level brake lamp too.
Your handbook will list them all.
