Technical GP Boot light not working.

Hello!

I noticed a few months ago, that my 2006 gp's boot light is not working. I assume that the fuse is ok, because the interior lights work flawlessly. I don't know if electricity gets to the bulb, but I know that the bulb is ok, because I tried switching the bulbs, and it didn't work. I don't know if the boot's lock mechanism is the problem because I have the smallest lcd possible, and it doesn't show the "boot open" text, or anything if the boot is opened. I don't have a multimeter, and don't really want so spend money on one, so I can't really check if the bulb gets electricity.

Do you guys have any ideas, how I can get that light working?

Light is operated by the switch inside the boot lock. That's all. Power is shared with interior lamp.

Maybe there is a GND ("ground"/"earth") missing (not power)...

Besides that... You can't afford a cheapest multimeter or 12V probe (bulb) but you want (somehow) repair the car? Come on. Is this a joke?

Thanks, I'm going to check.
I didn't say I can't afford one, I said I don't want to buy one, but the one you sent seems good so I'm going to buy it soon, and I did buy a new bulb, and changed it, but it didn't work.
