Technical What is this part

Hi. So no garage is able to find this part my grande punto broke down cuz of a leakage to this part

looks like two parts there.
googling the part number suggests a throttle position sensor. not sure about the other

The sensor i know but the other parts is not made by fiat anymore so yea kinda stuck
