Technical What is this part called?

Hello, I recently took my car to a mechanic to change the locking mechanism of my rear left door and when I got my car pack the plastic cover for this bolt was missing. I am adamant that it was there before work commenced by the mechanic says it was never there and I have no way to disprove him. I am sure it costs not much to replace but I can not find a replacement on the internet because I don't know what it's called. Every search just gives me a new handle replacement. Does anyone know it name or a link to a replacement? Thanks in advance.
