ok may sound liek a silly question but what exactly does that mean ? i know teh full part lol bbut the clean part ?

are you allowed to have points on your license if they have worn off as over 3 years ?
or do they want to see it completly empty no indication of points ever?

just i seen a part time driver job i was going to apply for but they want the full clean license and i have 6 points that are now over 3 and half years old soo dont count but cant get em removed untill 4 years pass.

IIRC they do still count, thats why you can't get them removed untill 4 years has passed surely? insurance co' keep track of points upto 5 years so getting insured for the P/T job may be a problem.

depends on deffinitoipn of count.

they stay on yoru license for 3 years. and count so i had 6 points.

yeah 4 they stay on yoru license but dont coundt so i have 0 points

year 5 after 4 years passed you can send your license away and get them removed if you wish to hide that you had them when someone looks at it. but insurance companies still want to know about it up to the end of year 5

According to DVLA -

When endorsements and penalty points can be removed from a driving licence

The following is a guide to the number of penalty points a court may impose, it does not reflect the fact that some offences may incur a disqualification. The offence code and penalty points will be shown on your driving licence and must stay there for four or eleven years depending on the offence.

If they must stay on the license for 4 years then the points are valid for 4 years and they still count surely  why else would you not be able to remove them.

My advice would be apply for job, if you get an interview the company obviously doesn't care too much.

Don't worry about it just go for it. (y)

this is taken from teh page you used but is further down the page.

'Totting-up' penalty points
"If you build up 12 or more penalty points within a period of three years, you’ll be liable to be disqualified under the 'totting-up' system. This is shown on your licence as TT99"

you have to get 12 points in 3 years to get your ban. i got my points over 3 and half years ago so im basicallt on 0 points now. but you cant remove till end of year 4. no idea why lol
