Technical Water drain seal

Good morning
I have noticed that the drain plug on my twin air water pump is weeping its not using water but it's wet and leaves a slight patch on my garage floor overnight, have the drains got orings on them as I will change it it's due a coolant flush so not a big deal, it's deffo coming from the drain, as when I jiggle the plug I can see water coming around where it joins I have put some sealant around it for the time being see if it stops the weep

I’m almost certain it’s got an o ring seal type, when I whipped mine of to do my belt I’m positive I drained and actually used a dab of silicone grease on the o ring before reinstall

Let us know if I’m right when you change it
