General Water in boot

Hi
Panda 2012 lounge.. 44 K miles
Got some water in the spare wheel well.
What's the favourite place for rain getting in there?
Tightened up the back door buffers so it closes tighter on the seal.
Seal looks undamaged.

Had been getting condensation on the inside for a while and it looks like this is the cause.
No rust on the well fortunately

I know this has been discussed before but there are no conclusions - or so it seems. In the last week or so I noticed damp in the car and after realising the rear seats were wet, I found about 3 inches of water in the spare wheel well. Was always dry before. I've checked the rear air vents...
