General Water in daytime driving light

How do I get into the daytime driving light in order to somehow get the water out of the lense Fiat Panda pop 2015

Front bumper needs to come off to gain easy access to the DRL’s. I think it may be possible to get them out without removing the bumper but good luck getting them back in! I have had to fit a new one due to stone chip damage on my 4x4 but got so frustrated trying to reach it I simply removed the bumper in the end…

As above, but you might try the ‘access hatch’ in the front wheelarch first. Turn the steering hard left if it’s the right side (or vise versa). There are two screws holding the edge of the hatch in place. So long as they’ve not rusted too much, take them out then the panel opens like a door and falls away. Theres three screws holding the DRL - one top centre and two on the bottom edge.
